I went to the zoo for a family trip today, and despite the fact that birds love to attack me... I went in the aviary.

The FMC in Feeling Fiery also has a complicated relationship with birds and would never have gone into the enclosure.

Oh, hey! The Running Wild Press Short Story Anthology (vol 8) has one of my speculative pieces. I love The Memory Bench and am thrilled @runningwildpressllc picked it up for this collection.

I'll post again once the anthology is published, but it was a fun surprise today to see the book when I checked a few websites today.

Should I be writing? I AM! I'm thinking through character motivations while banging out some buttons for an author friend.
